The last
weeks in Rennes were amusing. I had passed my second exam (on a Saterday btw)
for Organizational Behaviour again, and I’m pretty sure I passed it. With two
Polish and a Danish guy I also made a presentation on Project Management for
the Olympic Games in Beijing. With some Chinese, Korean, Danish and Belgian
students I also made a presentation about the logistics and supply chain of a
company. It’s amusing to see that there
really are differences between the way students all over the world start with a
project and with the way they work within a group. They are also paying
importance to different kinds of things of a paper or project, which can
sometimes lead to conflicts. But in the end, if a strong and complete team of
different people from different backgrounds with different capabilities could
be put together, they could easily solve any project!
Two weeks
ago, there was also another big party, the so-called Action Man and
Barbie-party. In short everybody got dressed as one of these and after being
inside for an hour, and due to the warmth, all your make-up, painting, … went
off. It was, yet again, an awesome party with a lot of original outfits and
memorable happenings. Some pictures can be seen on Picasa.
Next week
some Erasmus people from Canada, Poland, Egypt and Spain are coming over to
Belgium to visit my country and I will be happy to show them around!
PS: If you
guys think I should update more often, you should comment more often as well! haha
